چکیده
Background: In traditional laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery, the surgeon’s method assess intestinal stumps blood supply is subject to certain subjectivity and blindness. Indocyanine green (ICG) real-time perfusion fluorescence angiography in radical resection of rectal has great potential clinical value can visually judge tract improve surgery safety, reduce postoperative complications, ensure recovery patients after surgery. Objective: To explore efficacy intraoperative use indocyanine-green resections with cancer. Methods: present study, 109 were included assigned different surgical groups [ICG control groups] for analysis. Statistical analysis was carried out various common complications two groups. Finally, ICG imaging group had a timely adjustment proximal tube before bowel lesion cut off when insufficiently assessed by imaging. Two subgroups, non-adjustment groups, analyzed. Results: Compared group, anal ventilation time shorter than that (P 0.05). addition, lower those differences statistically significant However, distance between tumor from verge smaller difference 0.01). Conclusion: conventional cancer, indocyanine fluore- scence safe feasible. This technique promising tool assessment especially suitable

Indocyanine green fluorescence angiography of the choroid.
Indocyanine green fluorescence (ICG) angiography of the choroid gives better visualization of the choroidal vessels than does fluorescein angiography. We found that the detachment of the pigment epithelium seems bigger on ICG than on fluorescein angiograms, and pigmented lesions are more clearly delineated.
متن کاملSafety, efficacy, and cost of intraoperative indocyanine green angiography compared to intraoperative catheter angiography in cerebral aneurysm surgery
Intraoperative angiography in cerebrovascular neurosurgery can drive the repositioning or addition of aneurysm clips. Our institution has switched from a strategy of intraoperative digital subtraction angiography (DSA) universally, to a strategy of indocyanine green (ICG) videoangiography with DSA on an as-needed basis. We retrospectively evaluated whether the rates of perioperative stroke, une...
متن کاملIntraoperative Indocyanine Green Laser Angiography in Pediatric Autologous Ear Reconstruction
Skin flap vascularity is a critical determinant of aesthetic results in autologous ear reconstruction. In this study, we investigate the use of intraoperative laser-assisted indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) as an adjunctive measure of skin flap vascularity in pediatric autologous ear reconstruction. Twenty-one consecutive pediatric patients undergoing first-stage autologous total ear recons...

A brief survey of the recent ophthalmic literature underscores a resurgence of interest in indocyanine green angiography (ICGA). This imaging method may be particularly useful for the ophthalmologist, as it provides at least a theoretical advantage for improved imaging of the choroidal circulation when compared with fluorescein angiography. New temporal and spatial technological advances (that ...
